What Mindkin is

A personal-growth and manifestation practice tool: a vision board, scripting journal, habit tracker, and affirmations. It’s meant for reflection, goal-setting, and daily practice.

It is not professional advice. Nothing in the Service is medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice, and it’s not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you’re going through something serious, please talk to someone qualified to help.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link. There’s no password to protect, but that also means anyone with access to your email can access your account. Keep your inbox secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the plan you selected, and billing continues automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you’ll keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t handle or store your card details.

Your content

You own everything you create in the Service: your images, journal entries, goals, and statements. You’re giving us only the limited right to store and display it back to you as part of running the Service. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond providing the Service to you.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for its intended personal purpose. Don’t try to break, disrupt, or reverse engineer it, use it for anything unlawful, or upload content you don’t have the right to use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
