Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Mindkin (“we,” “us”) provides a vision board, scripting journal, habit tracker, and affirmations app (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it’s handled.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address (used to sign in via a one-time link. We never ask for or store a password), and anything you choose to add to your profile, like your name and a photo.
  • Content you create: vision board images, scripting entries, gratitude entries, goals, habits, and statements. This is personal, often reflective content. We treat it as private to your account, not shared with other users or made public.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only the resulting subscription status (active, trial, canceled, and similar).
  • Notifications: if you turn on notifications, we store the subscription details your browser provides so we can deliver them, and the time of day you choose.

How we use it

To provide the Service: storing and displaying your content back to you, sending sign-in links and (if enabled) daily notifications, and processing payments for paid plans. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your journal or vision board content for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each only for the specific job below: none of them can see your content outside that role:

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Resend: delivering sign-in emails.
  • Vercel and Neon: hosting and database storage.
  • Vercel Blob: storing uploaded images (avatars, vision board photos, statement backgrounds).

Your data, your control

You can edit or delete most of your own content directly in the app. To delete your account entirely, or to request a copy of your data, email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
